Hot Hatha Sculpt
In this class, yoga meets resistance training. This 60- minute vinyasa yoga-based experience adds hand weights to the flow to build long, lean muscles, deepen flexibility and increase your metabolic capacity. This class is set to an upbeat play-list, is conducted in a heated environment, and is suitable for all levels of yogis. Most of all: it’s guaranteed to make you sweat! One Wednesday night AND one Friday night per month, 5:30-6:30 pm, Upper Studio.
