  • 9:30 – 10:45 am: LivFree for All, heated, Invigorating Flow, Cathy
  • 6 – 7:15pm: Moderate Yoga, Jude

WEDNESDAYS

  • 6 – 7am: LivFree for All, heated, Invigorating Flow, Cathy
  • 9:30 – 10:30am: Gentle Yoga, Lisa
  • 11-12:15 pm: Coiling Silk Qigong, George, 5-week series: 7/19-8/16
  • 6:30 – 7:45pm: Heated Vinyasa Flow, Robyn

THURSDAYS
