We have two studios which are not connected and have separate entrances:

Upper Studio: street level entrance and parking

Lower Studio: entrance and parking around back of building

 

SUNDAYS

  • 9 – 10:15am: Vinyasa Flow,  Sally, Upper Studio
  • 10 – 11 am: POP Pilates, Marissa, Lower Studio
  • 5:45 – 7 pm: Restorative yoga, Vicky, Upper Studio

 

MONDAYS 

  • 9:30 – 10:30 am: Stretch & Strengthen, Carissa, Upper Studio
  • Noon – 1pm: Lunchtime Yoga, Carissa, Upper Studio
  • 6:30 – 7:45pm: LivFreePowerUP! heated, Cathy, Lower Studio
  • 7-8 pm: Gentle Yoga, Vicky, Upper Studio

 

TUESDAYS

  • 6-7 am, Sunrise Yoga, Megan, Upper Studio
  • 9-10:15 am: Moderate Flow with Meditation, Carissa, Upper Studio
  • 9:30 – 10:45 am: LivFree for All yoga, heated, invigorating Flow, Cathy, Lower Studio
  • Noon – 1 pm: Lunchtime CORE Yoga, Angie, Upper Studio
  • 6 – 7:15 pm: Moderate Yoga, Jude, Upper Studio
  • 6-7 pm: Barre,  Marissa, Lower Studio
  • NEW! 7:15-8:30 pm: POWER yoga, Heated, with Taylor, Lower Studio

 

WEDNESDAYS

  • 6 – 7am: LivFree for All yoga, heated, invigorating Flow, Cathy, Lower Studio
  • 9-10:15 am: Moderate Yoga with Yoga Nidra, Moey, Upper Studio
  • 9:30 – 10:30am: Gentle Yoga, Lisa, Lower Studio
  • 11-12:15 pm: Tai Chi and QiGong, George,  Lower Studio
  • Noon – 1 pm:  Community Yoga, Carissa, Upper Studio, Pay what you can! $5-$15 cash donation suggested, 100% of proceeds go to FROM THE HEART
  • 6:30 – 7:45pm: Heated Vinyasa Flow, Robyn, Lower Studio
  • 7- 8:15 pm: Yin Yoga (deep stretching), Jen, Upper Studio

 

THURSDAYS

  • 6-7 am, LivFree for All yoga, heated, invigorating flow, Cathy, Lower Studio
  • 9-10 am: Hot Hatha Sculpt, Mindy Perry, Lower Studio
  • 9:30 – 10:30am:  Moderate Yoga, Jude, Upper Studio
  • Noon – 1pm, POP Pilates, Marissa, Upper Studio, note change in Studio room
  • 6 – 7pm: Moderate Yoga, Bill, Upper Studio
  • 6-7 pm: Barre Fusion, Angie, Lower Studio
  •  7:15 – 8:15 pm: Beginner Basics yoga, Angie, Lower Studio – entrance around back of building

FRIDAYS

  • 7 – 8:15 am: Heated Vinyasa Flow, Jen, Lower Studio
  • 9-10:15 am: Moderate yoga, Sharon, Upper Studio
  • 9:30 – 10:30 am Gentle Yoga, Jen, Lower Studio

  • 5/18 only, 6:30-7:30 pm, POP Pilates Power Hour with Marissa, Upper Studio

SATURDAYS

  • 8-9:15 am: Saturday Sweat!, Robyn, Upper  Studio
  • 9-10 am: Rise & Shine! Yoga, Vicky, Lower Studio
  • 5/19 only, 4-5:30 pm, FREE Meditation Circle, Clare, Lower Studio
